My art is a reflection of people, architecture, pop culture, and a humorous take on consumerism!

Artist Statement

My journey into ceramics began during the lowest point in my life, the pandemic. Pottery became something I looked forward to and gave me sense of control during a time when everything was out of control. My pieces are lighthearted as they often stem from humor. I draw inspiration from everyday life, whether it's as simple as funny line in a T.V. show or a meaningful shower thought, I try to turn these sporadic ideas into something beautiful yet funny.
